It concerns a leading international player in the field of maritime Heavy Lift projects and transports. Originated as a shipping company, the Company has evolved over the years into the current company. As a result of the continuing downward offshore market, price pressure has arisen and the company has taken on increasingly larger projects as a system integrator. In addition, the company has taken on a number of very loss-making projects.
