Restructuring a health-care institution active in Cure and Care
Restructuring of a health-care institution (revenues: about €300m) engaged in Cure and Care. The organisation was in financial difficulties as a result of a new construction project on its premises. The reorganisation was managed on the basis of a restructuring plan. It consisted of personnel reductions, an internal reorganisation, implementing good business control (management reports, key performance indicators, cash management & planning, etc.), selling some activities and arranging refinancing. The Board of Directors was also assisted in relation to negotiations with the many stakeholders involved in this far-reaching reorganisation.
