Advising a company operating in the construction, project development and infrastructure sector (turnover >€150m). This included evaluations of the company’s strategy, management and organisational structure. Various survival scenarios, including the sale of all or part of the company, were compiled. This led to the sale of the company’s largest division, substantially reducing the credit exposure. In addition to initiating the sale of assets and business units, the Board was assisted in negotiations with stakeholders such as banks, credit insurers and guarantors.
