IBR of a construction company
This assignment was performed for a construction company, mainly active in development and construction and asset management services. The company suffered heavy losses over the last three years (<2016), due to a low volume of new projects and a loss-making portfolio of works in progress. Furthermore there were serious disputes with its clients regarding variation orders. Beaufort assisted the company with an IBR process, the guidance on its strategic choices and its cost-cutting measures.
