Restructuring Day – On 29 May, Beaufort organised a Restructuring Day in collaboration with DVDW, You Improve and ABN AMRO Bank N.V.. The day took place at the beautiful location ‘Fort de Batterijen’ in Nieuwegein.
During the event, several prominent speakers under moderator Jeroen Princen shared their knowledge and expertise on restructuring. The speakers included Rienc ter Veen and Koos van Delft on the content of an Independent Business Review, Christiaan Podt and Sander Molman on the role of the Financial Restructuring and Recovery department, Juliette van de Wiel on directors’ liability and Rob Kwaijtaal on unlocking hidden potential through operational excellence. There was also room for questions and discussion.
It was an inspiring meeting that not only promoted knowledge sharing but also provided an opportunity to make valuable connections. The day ended on an atmospheric note with drinks, enjoying the last rays of sunshine.
