The question
In 2016, Bouman Industries wanted to accelerate the international rollout of two innovative concepts. To finance this, the company had planned to issue bonds via the NPEX platform.
Two years later, in 2018, Bouman Industries again wanted to raise capital through this platform. This time to finance working capital and for partial refinancing. Our expertise was called upon for both capital injections.
Our approach
In both 2016 and 2018, we validated the company’s projections. This provided insight into the size of the required capital injection. The result was two successful bond issues.
