The question

Groenendijk en Kwaasteniet continued to grow strongly. The company also took on several large orders. This increased the need for working capital. The bank was prepared to finance the working capital, but on one condition: the ongoing projects, including the processes surrounding internal control, had to be externally validated.

Our approach

Within a week we reviewed the projects in progress and wrote an opinion on the internal control system. The bank then decided to provide the requested financing.
