Privacy policy

We would like to keep you up-to-date about our events and news articles (“mailings”). In order to send you such mailings and in order to correctly address the mailings to you, we need to collect and keep your contact information. We take great care in protecting your information. In this privacy policy, we describe which information we collect and save, to what purpose we collect and safe information, what your rights are, and how you can contact us if there is any issue.


Whose contact and/or personal information do we save? 

We collect and keep information from our (business) relations so we can keep in touch and keep each other updated.

Where does the information come from?

  • From yourself: we collect and save contact information such as full names, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers in our Client Relation Management (CRM) list. This information primarily comes from you, for example from an e-mail message or from a business card.
  • From public sources such as LinkedIn: In order to keep the information we’ve collected up-to-date, we might check the collected data by comparing it to information available through public sources such as LinkedIn. We might, for example, check to see whether or not you are still working for the same company or if you’ve had a promotion, etc.

Which kinds of data do we collect and to what purpose? 

In short, we collect data that would help us contact you and address a (personal) message to you. With the information in the following list, we can also determine whether or not a certain message or invitation is relevant to you or not.

How long do we keep your information? 

We keep your information for as long as we think it is relevant for us to keep it or until you tell us to delete your information. You can tell us to stop sending you mailings by clicking the button ‘Unsubscribe’ or in Dutch ‘Afmelden’ under each mailing. If you want us to delete all of your contact information, you can let us know by sending a message to our contact using the contact information provided at the end of this page or by pressing the link below.

What are your rights? 

You can unsubscribe from our mailings at any time by clicking the button ‘Unsubscribe’ or ‘Afmelden’ under each mailing.

Besides that, you have the following rights with regards to your contact information:

  • You have the right to get informed about and get access to the information that we’ve collected and saved about you.
  • You have the right to correct any information about you that we’ve collected and saved.
  • You have the right to be forgotten, which means that you have the right to be deleted from our information databases.
  • You have the right to limit the degree to which we collect and process information about you.
  • You have the right to object the processing of your personal information.
  • You have the right to see which information we’ve collected about you. We will have to provide you this insight in a structural manner.

 You also have the right to file a complaint against us with the responsible data protection authority.
